Custom Home Design and Construction:
Custom Homes Designed Around You
At Vigilant Construction Group, we create thoughtfully planned, custom living spaces shaped around each homeowner’s vision, lifestyle, and long-term needs. From initial planning through construction and final completion, our team coordinates the details that bring a home together—layout, materials, finishes, functionality, and craftsmanship.
We work closely with homeowners and, when required, their design and engineering professionals to ensure project decisions remain aligned with the approved plans, budget, and intended use of the space. Through clear communication, disciplined project management, and attentive quality oversight, VCG transforms ideas into distinctive homes designed for everyday living and built to last.

Major Residential and Commercial Renovations:
Renovation & Adaptive Reuse
Vigilant Construction Group revitalizes existing properties with a disciplined approach that respects original character while improving performance, functionality, and long-term value. Our renovation capabilities include residential remodeling, whole-property renovations, commercial improvements, interior reconfigurations, exterior upgrades, and the coordinated modification of existing building systems.
VCG carefully evaluates existing conditions, project requirements, material selections, and intended use before construction begins. When concealed conditions or structural concerns are discovered, we document the issue, explain its potential impact on scope, cost, and schedule, and coordinate the appropriate next steps before proceeding.
