Once the project moves forward, we confirm the contracted scope, payment schedule, responsibilities, selection deadlines, anticipated timeline, procurement needs, trade scheduling, and mobilization requirements.

VCG coordinates field activities, trades, deliveries, project decisions, and workmanship. Clients receive updates on completed work, upcoming activities, required decisions, and any proposed changes affecting scope, cost, or schedule.

As construction nears completion, we review the work against the agreed scope, document remaining items, coordinate required corrections, and address applicable final inspections.

VCG completes an organized handover with applicable closeout documents, warranty information, care or maintenance guidance, and clarification of any remaining responsibilities or post-completion questions.
